README.TXT
HELLO, WORLD.
I’m Peter-Paul de Leeuw. I start things and build them: companies, products, one pan-European political movement, and lately, ways for enterprises and governments to actually use generative AI.
I believe AI will fundamentally change how we work and live. Not in the keynote way but in the quiet, practical way, where the tools get better every month until one day the work itself is different. Most organisations aren’t ready for that.
Offline I 3D-print things nobody asked for and play waterpolo, best described as drowning with rules.

THE LONG VERSION
2025–2026 · BLUE HEALTH — CO-CEO
After Amberscript I co-founded Blue Health: preventive healthcare in Amsterdam. A 360° health check in one hour, from ECG and ultrasound to bloodwork, with a doctor in the room. Huge efficiency and cost gains made possible with AI. I built the product with very happy customers (NPS of 89), set up the tech team and made the company ready to scale.
The thread through everything I do is AI: getting it out of the demos and into daily work.
2018–2024 · AMBERSCRIPT — FOUNDER & CEO
During my MBA I fell for speech recognition: the models were getting good, and few people in Europe were turning them into products enterprises could actually use. So we did. Amberscript became a B2B AI voice scale-up: proprietary foundation AI voice models built by our own team of AI engineers, outperforming the speech-to-text engines of Google and Microsoft on accuracy. Implemented for customers like the German government, T-Mobile and the Dutch Railways, with human editors where it matters.
From zero to €10M+ revenue in five years, profitably. A team of 100+ across the Netherlands and Germany, €15M raised from angels and VCs, two acquisitions, and a spot in the Deloitte top 10 fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. Eight years of hiring, shipping, pricing, breaking, fixing and scaling. I handed over the keys in November 2024.
2017–2022 · VOLT NEDERLAND — CO-FOUNDER & CO-PRESIDENT
Evenings and weekends: co-founded the Dutch chapter of the pan-European political movement. We started with three people and grew it to 10.000+ members. Structured the organisation, ran the election campaigns, built the candidate lists. It probably became the first political organisation with OKRs. Volt now holds seats in both the Dutch and the European parliament.
2012–2017 · ACCENTURE STRATEGY — ANALYST → CONSULTANT
Five years advising large corporations across the Netherlands, Denmark, China and the USA: M&A pre-deal work at Philips, integrating a €2B company post-merger at ASML, growth strategies for Douwe Egberts and China Eastern, 64 digital initiatives at KLM–Air France, and putting 3D printers near oil platforms for Shell; the moment a hobby quietly became billable. Accenture taught me structured thinking, and that slides don’t ship.
2008–2009 · OECD — INTERNATIONAL FUTURES PROGRAMME
In Paris, co-wrote reports for 35 governments about what the world would look like in 2030. Forecasting the future turned out to be habit-forming.
